PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat device for obtaining seat comfortableness without deteriorating the outer appearance of a toilet seat. SOLUTION: The heated toilet seat device includes: the toilet seat; and a toilet lid. The toilet seat includes: a base material; an elastic cushion part arranged on the base material; a heat generating part arranged in the base material; and a reception part formed at a position lower than a seat surface and not covered by the cushion part or covered by a cushion part with a thickness smaller than that of the cushion part arranged in the lower part of the seat surface. The toilet lid includes legs to be brought into contact with the surface of the toilet seat when closed, and to be received by the reception part, thereby to cover the upper part of the toilet seat.
