<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an action for the fraudulent winning of a game ball by forcibly opening an opening/closing member. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 1 includes a winning device (a start winning device 5). The winning device includes: a winning port (a second start port 51b); the opening/closing members 76, 83; a driving source (a solenoid 112); a game ball detector (a second start port SW 54b) for detecting a winning ball; and ball passages (a second ball passage 69 and a third ball passage 99) to allow the winning ball to reach the game ball detector. The winning device also includes a restricting member (a shutter piece 142) which is driven by the driving source and blocks the winning ball in a place till the game ball detector. The restricting member is in a state to restrict the passage of the game ball in the ball passages when the driving source is not operated, and in a state to permit the passage of the game ball in the ball passages when the driving source is operated. Thus, when the driving source is not operated, the winning ball is blocked by the restricting member so as not to be detected.
