PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic excellent in the durability of beautiful make up finish, and also lasting smooth feeling. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is provided by including the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1 to 15 mass% cellulose derivative having a cellulose backbone in its main chain, and substituting≥67 mol% of its whole hydroxy groups with a group: -O-M-R [wherein, M is CH<SB>2</SB>or carbonyl: C=O; and R is 3-40C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl], and (B) 0.1 to 50 mass% silicone containing 0.1 to 50 mass% non-ionic hydrophilic group in its molecule.
