PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fin for a heat exchanger, having a humidity absorbing layer composed of an organic high polymer adsorbent on one surface of a metallic thin plate, being easily processed to a fin, and sufficiently exerting a performance of the adsorbent. SOLUTION: This corrugated fin for the heat exchanger has the humidity absorbing layer 1 including the organic high polymer adsorbent composed of an organic high polymer having a hydrophilic polar group and a cross-linked structure in a molecule as its essential component, only on one surface of the strip-like metallic thin plate 7 having superior heat conductivity, and the metallic thin plate has a flat bottom section 2 and a side section 3 rising from the bottom section, and is configured by bending a face having the humidity absorbing layer on a top section 4 of the side section outward to form the corrugated shape.
