PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner in which a refrigerant tube is led out to a heat exchanger chamber side from a compressor chamber side through an inserting section disposed at a lower section of a partitioning plate, and connected to a sub-cool pipe fixed to an outer side of an air distribution fan by a short path, separately from a bottom plate of the heat exchanger chamber. SOLUTION: The inside of a body is divided into the compressor chamber and the heat exchanger chamber by the partitioning plate 4, the partitioning plate 4 includes the inserting section 9 for inserting the refrigerant tube 17, and an inclined section 5 inclined toward the compressor chamber side from a central section to a rear end section in the longitudinal direction, and the sub-cool pipe 16 connected to the refrigerant tube 17 is disposed in the heat exchanger chamber. The sub-cool pipe 16 is disposed separately from the bottom plate 3, the partitioning plate 4 is composed of a first partitioning plate 6 cut into the rectangular shape at its rear lower end section, and a second partitioning plate 7 formed corresponding to the cut section 8, and the inserting section 9 is composed of a notched groove 10 formed on an upper edge of the second partitioning plate 7 and a lower edge 11 of the first partitioning plate 6 opposed to an upper section of the notched groove 10.
