<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, along with an image processing method, capable of high precision identification of an action content of a person present in a room, and to provide an air conditioning control apparatus that carries out efficient air-conditioning control based on the identified action content. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: an image information acquisition unit 32 that sequentially acquires, from a camera device 10, image information formed by imaging a control target; an accumulation subtraction image information creation unit 33 that, based on a temporal change of the acquired image information, accumulates subtraction information for a predetermined period, the subtraction information being made by motions of a person present in a room, and creates multivalued accumulation subtraction image information; a feature amount information creation unit 34 that creates, from a region having a density gradient in the accumulated subtraction image information, feature amount information concerning the motions in the accumulated subtraction image information; and an action content identification unit 35 that identifies an action content of the person present in the room from the created feature amount information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
