<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security screening system capable of sharply improving throughput while setting the lowering of the determining precision of security properties to a tolerance range. <P>SOLUTION: An examinee ID is individually acquired from a large number of respective examinees SB by an ID acquiring part 100, one specimen SM prepared by mixing a plurality of groups GR each of which comprises a small number of the examinees SB is extracted in a specimen extraction part 110, one specimen SM mixed at every groups GR to be extracted is inspected by a specimen inspection part 120 and the security properties of the groups GR are determined from the inspection result of the mixed and inspected specimen SM by a group determining part 130. One determination result of the security properties at every groups GR and the examinee ID of a plurality of the examinees SB are allowed to correspond to each other by a result corresponding part 140.
