The strip has a backing strip (26) with a fastening unit (28) for fastening a plaster or wall layer. A flexible seal element is fixed to the backing strip and designed as a seal package (34) with two flexible sealing tapes (32). The sealing tapes are connected together by a retaining strip (36) parallel to the backing strip. The tapes are provided with a foam tape, and a joint (30) between backing strip and the retaining strip on two sides is closed outwards to a side by a flexible tape (38). The flexible tape is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). |
