PURPOSE: A semiconductor package classifying apparatus for assorting only semiconductor packages of good quality and a method thereof are provided to prevent the decreasing of reliability and the adding of additional processes. CONSTITUTION: A test and sorting module tests a plurality of semiconductor packages to classify good products. A posture conversion module changes the posture of the semiconductor packages classified as good product. A loader(30) loads semiconductor packages to the posture-converted state. A transport module(40) for the load stock unloads the load stock. |
