Linear compactor

The compressor (1) has a cylinder sleeve, and a piston (4) i.e. hollow piston, movable back and forth in the cylinder sleeve. A valve plate (6) is arranged at an end of the cylinder sleeve, and an inductive sensor (8) outputs a signal that contains information about the removal of the piston from the valve plate. The sensor is designed as a flat coil arranged on the valve plate, where the flat coil is formed from two plastic layers (42) and a copper coil (44). The flat coil is manufactured in a Low temperature co-fired ceramic technology.
