The assembly (1) has straight heads (3a, 3c) and bent heads (3b, 3d) adapted on respective proximal parts of smooth-walled and porous-deposited metaphyseal pieces (2a, 2b). Lengths of first diaphyseal pieces (4) are in the order of one-fifth of average length of the metaphyseal pieces. Lengths of second diaphyseal pieces (5) are comprised between one-fifth and one-third of the average length of the metaphyseal pieces. Lengths of third and fourth diaphyseal pieces (6, 7) are respectively comprised between 1 and 1.5 times and 1.7 and 2 times the average length of the metaphyseal pieces.
