<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus-bar fastening structure that enhances the connection reliability of each welding part between a first bus-bar and each first electronic component, and to provide a power converter. <P>SOLUTION: The bus-bar fastening structure includes each first electronic component 2 fixed to the inside of a storage case 10 and a first bus-bar 4 welded to the first electronic components 2. A second electronic component 3 is arranged at the position that shields the welding parts 40 between the first electronic components 2 and the first bus-bar 4. The bus-bar fastening structure also includes a fastening member 7 that fastens and fixes the first and second bus-bars to a terminal block 6 while stacking the second bus-bar 5 of the second electronic component 3 on the first bus-bar 4. When fastening the first bus-bar 4 and the second bus-bar 5 to each other, a male screw 71 is screwed into a female screw 70 such that the female screw 70 is brought close to the first bus-bar 4 and the second bus-bar 5 is elastically deformed and brought close to the first bus-bar 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
