<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of managing an actual quantity and a target quantity of each of production machines in a unified manner and also presenting the actual quantity and the target quantity and the like of an own machine to an operator. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management system 1 is composed of at least an operation management device 10 for managing operation states of a plurality of production machines (window inspection machine 2) in a unified manner, an interface device 12 into which a signal for indicating the operation state of the window inspection machine 2 is inputted from the window inspection machine 2 and an administrator terminal 11 used by an administrator. The interface device 12 transmits operation data with the signal digitalized to the operation management device 10, the operation management device 10 calculates the actual quantity which is the total value of the production quantity, working hours and all operating hours for each of the window inspection machines 2 using the operation data received from each of the interface devices 12, and display tallied result of the operation data on the administrator terminal 11, and also display a progress state on a data display 13 connected to the interface device 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
