PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create a drawing according to an output form. SOLUTION: A drawing control part 22 specifies a viewport operation area within a model space. The drawing control part 22 obtains the attributes of objects contained in a set viewport. The drawing control part 22 performs end processing to give an end pipe sign to a straight pipe including boundary coordinates, and then performs processing for displaying the balloon of a reference line, and then performs line display conversion processing for converting a plurality of lines into a single line and dimension line adding processing for objects whose attributes are of a particular kind according to requirements about scales, and furthermore performs character conversion processing for maintaining a predetermined character size independently of the scale of the viewport. Each of the processing is performed using a conversion pattern recorded in association with different kinds of attributes and requirements, all of which are recorded in a conversion pattern data storage part 24.
