<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk foamer and a beverage making apparatus which have a simple structure to adjust the amount of milk foam and hot milk to be supplied, and supply a wide variety of beverages. <P>SOLUTION: The milk foamer 60 includes a milk cooler 69 for cold storage of milk, and a milker 62 sucking the milk from the milk cooler by steam generated by a boiler 97, sucking air, and mixing the sucked milk and the sucked air to make milk foam.
