PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejector which can make small a device for changing a supply passage of a liquid supplied to a liquid ejection head. SOLUTION: The liquid ejector includes the liquid ejection head which ejects the liquid, a first supply passage which supplies a first liquid, a second supply passage which supplies a second liquid, a joining supply passage 64 which communicates with the first supply passage and second supply passage, a head side supply passage 33a which communicates with the joining supply passage 64 to supply the liquid to the liquid ejection head, a top member 100 which is stored to be able to move inside the joining supply passage 64 to block or open the first supply passage, second supply passage and head side supply passage 33a by its movement, and a top driving part 80 which is arranged outside the joining supply passage 64 to move the top member 100 by a magnetic force.
