PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test socket capable of flexibly coping with a positional shift in mounting of a flexible wiring board, and capable of accurately positioning a solid-state imaging device, which is loaded with the flexible wiring board, over the whole thereof. SOLUTION: The test socket 10 includes: an arrangement table 11; a base 12; a cover 13 for the arrangement table; and a cover 14 for the base. The cover 13 for the arrangement table is provided with an inner mechanism portion for positioning the solid-state imaging device 2, which is to be housed in the arrangement table 11 by closing the cover 13 for the arrangement table, in the X-axial direction, in the Y-axial direction, in the Z-axial direction and in a rotating direction around a Z-axis. The base 12 is movably connected to the arrangement table 11 through an interlocking means, and the interlocking means moves the base 12 in response to the positional relationship between the solid-state imaging device 2 and the flexible wiring board 4, interlocking with the operation for closing the cover 13 for the arrangement table.
