PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multithread processor that ensures reliable processing and increases efficiency of processing. SOLUTION: In the multithread processor, a plurality of threads partly share hardware. The multithread processor includes: an operation control means for causing any of the plurality of threads to operate, and an exclusive access right setting means for allowing any of the plurality of threads to acquire an exclusive access right. The operation control means controls operation so that at least a portion of the operation time is assigned from a standby thread which is queued when another thread has acquired the exclusive access right, to the other thread.
