PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device, along with an amplifier and a communication apparatus module, capable of facilitating designing with compact configuration and high performance. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device, amplifier, or communication apparatus module includes: a base material 71; circuit units 21, 31, 51, and 61 provided over the base material 71 and including an integrated circuit 11 and transmission lines 22, 32, 42, 52, and 62 connected to the integrated circuit; sealing sections 72, 77, 85, and 88 covering the circuit units; field-through wirings 74 and 82 electrically connected to the transmission lines and provided between the base material and sealing sections; and capacitors 26 and 66 included in the circuit units, provided over the field-through wiring lines, and connected between the field-through wiring lines and transmission lines.
