PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor preventing generation of vibration and noise during an operation stop, and having superior durability. SOLUTION: An eccentric pin 50A is inclined a predetermined angleθwith respect to a center axis of a main shaft 14 toward a side of a turning scroll 22 from the main shaft 14, a pin hole 60A of the turning scroll 22 is also inclined at the angleθin parallel with the eccentric pin 50A with respect to a center axis of the turning scroll 22, and the turning scroll 22 has a movable mechanism capable of moving in an axial direction and a radial direction of the main shaft 14 with respect to the eccentric pin 50A of the main shaft 14. When an electromagnetic clutch M becomes an OFF state, the turning scroll 22 is moved in the axial direction and the radial direction, a gap is formed with a fixed scroll 24, a compression chamber C is opened, and refrigerant gas in a compression stroke between the turning scroll 22 and the fixed scroll 24 is released to a low pressure side.
