PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide training device capable of preventing an resilient body from being easily damaged by reducing the length of exposure of the resilient body while tension is not applied to the resilient body, having a compact size to be conveniently carried, and capable of applying prescribed tension to the resilient body without increasing the diameter of the resilient body. SOLUTION: The training device 10 includes: an resilient hollow tube 1; two compression springs 2 with larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the hollow tube 1; and two cylinders 4 whose inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the compression spring 2. The respective compression springs 2 are inserted into the two cylinders 4, and the hollow tube 1 is inserted into the two compression springs 2.
