PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel, generating a three-dimensional effect in a character, a pattern and the like by lighting a light source, and making the color of the light source different from that in the non-lighting state to represent the character and pattern beautifully. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet 18 is divided into a first area 1, a second area 2 adjacent to the first area 1 and separated from each other, and a third area 3. In the surface of a support 4 on the light source 19 side, a first reflection layer 7 and a first light shielding layer are stacked in order in the first area, and a light transmitting colored layer 9 is stacked in the second area 2 and the third area 3. In the surface of the support 4 on an observer 21 side, a second reflection layer 5 and a first decoration layer 6 are stacked in order in the second area 2, and a second reflection layer 5 and a second decoration layer 10 are stacked in order in the third area 3.
