PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing emulsion composition which has no sticky feeling after hairdressing even when a large amount of an oily ingredient solid at room temperature is incorporated, can impart a natural glossy feeling, and excels in rinsing out of the hair. SOLUTION: The hairdressing emulsion composition contains (A) a wax solid at room temperature and/or a hydrocarbon solid at room temperature, (B) a nonionic surface active agent, (C) a neutralized product of a rosin and/or a neutralized product of a hydrogenated rosin, and (D) water.
