PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce such a possibility that an abnormal voltage may adversely affect an inner circuit. SOLUTION: A protective circuit 100 is a circuit protecting an inner circuit 30 from an abnormal voltage, for example, static electricity, and has a first transistor 120. In the first transistor 120, a drain 124 is connected to a power supply line 10, and a source 126 is connected to a ground line 20.
