PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device for easily guiding an observation means vertically upward. SOLUTION: The guiding device 10 for guiding the endoscope device 1 up to an observation target area P1 inside a test object T10 includes: an inner guide 30 which is bendable in one direction from a straight state along a plane intersecting the longitudinal axis direction; and a plate-like member 40 configured to impart an elastic force to deform the inner guide 30 from the bent state to the straight state. The cross section of the inner guide 30 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis direction is formed to be a flat shape where the width dimension (w1) in a direction perpendicular to the bendable surface when the inner guide 30 bends is longer than the thickness dimension (h1) perpendicular to the width dimension (w1), and also perpendicular to the longitudinal axis direction.
