<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine capable of effectively suppressing a blow-by phenomenon occurring in acceleration in the internal combustion engine having a supercharger and capable of adjusting a valve overlap amount. <P>SOLUTION: The control device includes the supercharger 10 supercharging an intake system 40 of the engine 1, a crank angle sensor 62 for detecting engine speed of the engine 1, a variable valve timing mechanism 100 capable of adjusting the valve overlap amount, and an intake pressure sensor 61 for detecting a supercharging pressure by the supercharger 10. An engine ECU 70 of this control device detects the valve overlap amount based on the detection result of the crank angle sensor 62, and detects the acceleration state of the engine 1 based on the detection result of the crank angle sensor 62. When the acceleration state of the engine 1 is detected, the engine ECU 70 decreases the supercharging pressure when the valve overlap amount is equal to or more than the prescribed amount and the supercharging pressure detected by the intake pressure sensor 61 is the prescribed pressure or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
