PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a structure for converting steered wheels into wheels for fixing is not disclosed, although an inner wheel difference is eliminated to turn the carriage in a narrow range in a conventional carriage including a structure including four wheels provided at each corner and a pair of the steered wheels at front and rear ends in a center part of a traveling direction of the carriage, suspending the steered wheels by an endless belt, operating the steered wheel at the front end by a front connecting member and making a direction of the steered wheel at the rear end opposite to that of the steered wheel at the front end. SOLUTION: In this carriage, a pair of fixed wheels are mounted on a substrate of the carriage at a center part of right and left ends of the traveling direction of the carriage and in a longitudinal direction via a bearing part, and the pair of steered wheels are provided at the center part of the traveling direction and in the longitudinal direction via the bearing part. The carriage includes a structure to make a hand cart type carriage by converting the steered wheels into the wheels for fixing by raising a handlebar and to make a traction type carriage by converting the steered wheels into the wheels for turning by making the handlebar into a horizontal state.
