PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for droplet discharge head capable of easily evaluating the dischargeability of the droplet discharge head for discharging an ink containing a metal particle and a dispersion medium, wherein the metal particle is dispersed. SOLUTION: The inspection method for the droplet discharge head discharging the ink containing the metal particle and the dispersion media, wherein the metal particle is dispersed includes: a step of evaluating an ink for inspection which evaluates the dischargeability of the ink for inspection by discharging the ink for inspection having a correlation with the dischargeability of the ink and including the same dispersion medium as the ink from the droplet discharge head; and a step of evaluating the droplet discharge head which evaluates the dischargeability of the ink from the droplet discharge head based on the evaluation results in the step of evaluation of the ink for inspection and a correlation between the dischargeability of the ink for inspection and the dischargeability of the ink.
