<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali-developable black photosensitive composition which, even in the formation of a relatively thick black matrix to improve light blocking effect, generates no crease and ensures high sensitivity and excellent pattern shape; and to provide a color filter substrate free of light leakage from a frame part. <P>SOLUTION: The alkali-developable black photosensitive composition includes at least a pigment, an alkali-soluble resin, a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent, wherein a content of the pigment is in the range of 24-45% relative to a total solid content of the alkali-developable black photosensitive composition, and a mass ratio between the alkali-soluble resin (a) and the compound (b) having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond is in the range of b/a=0.5-0.8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
