PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device, capable of changing the speed from shift start to shift end according to the operation speed of a shift switch. SOLUTION: In a twin clutch transmission configured so that shift operation can be completed only by switching connecting states of first and second clutches CL1, CL2 by supporting odd-numbered shift gears by the first clutch CL1, supporting even-numbered shift gears by the second clutch CL2, and executing a preliminary shift for preliminarily changing meshing of gears by rotation of a shift drum 11, the switching speed of both the clutches CL1, CL2 is changed according to the operation speed of the shift switch (upshift switch 32 or downshift switch 33). The operation speed of a first valve 18a and a second valve 18b as an actuator is increased as the operation speed of the shift switches 32, 33 is higher, whereby the switching speed of the clutches is increased.
