摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for productively manufacturing a separator for a fuel cell hardly clogging a flow channel due to water produced at power generation, suppressing decrease in power generation efficiency and increase in contact resistance, having excellent mechanical strength and gas non-permeability, and superior in homogeneity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a separator 1 for a fuel cell is provided with a process for manufacturing a dense member 31 by making into a sheet-like shape and press-forming a slurry-like dense part forming material containing carbonaceous powder for dense part formation and a thermosetting resin binder for dense part formation, a process for manufacturing a preliminary molding sheet 21 for porous part formation by making a slurry-like porous part forming material containing carbonaceous powder for porous part formation, a resin binder for porous part formation and a thickener into a sheet-like shape, and a process for filling the dense member and the preliminary molding sheet for porous part formation and integrating by hot-press forming so as a molding surface and the preliminary molding sheet for porous part formation to face each other in a molding die having the molding surface corresponding to a gas flow channel shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
