PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a thread or a process without correcting a source in a processing system comprising embedded software which cannot invoke any processes. SOLUTION: A Java (R) VMA 10 invokes a Java VM B 20 in order to execute processing to be performed by process invocation, which is processing to be invoked by an application body. A service implementation part 13 and a service implementation part 21 are mounted on Java VMs, respectively. A client 11 instructing this localization processing calls a service interface 12 when invoking the processing. When an element mounted by the service interface 12 is the service implementation part 13, thread invocation is performed. When it is a remote interceptor 14, process invocation is performed. The Java VM A 10 is invoked by dependency injection. In the case of process invocation, a stub class of an RMI is injected to invoke a system having the remote interceptor 14 as the element.
