PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which allows only a shake correction lens part to retreat in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis without being accompanied by a shake correction mechanism by using a housing operation in an optical axis direction of the lens barrel, and a photographing device including such a lens barrel. SOLUTION: A shake correction lens holding frame 241 driven by a shake correction driving mechanism to correct blur of a subject image, energized toward an advancing position by an energizing member (torsion spring) 300 and holding a shake correction lens 240 in an advanced state at the advancing position is pressed by an inclined surface 2811 of a projection 281, which projects to the subject side from an imaging side of the lens barrel 100 and has the inclined surface 2811 facing in an oblique direction to the optical axis direction formed at its edge, in the midst of moving to a housing state from a photographing state of the lens barrel 100, whereby the shake correction lens holding frame 241 is turned to the retreat position from the advancing position against energizing force by the energizing member 300.
