PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce movement of a subject, which is not intended by a photographer, caused by noise of a vibration sensor while keeping an image blur correction effect. SOLUTION: A lens device includes a vibration sensor that detects the vibration of the lens device, and an image blur correction means that corrects image blur caused by vibration based on a detection signal of the vibration sensor. The lens device includes a determination means which determines that the image blur correction is performed by using the image blur correction means when the vibration on the basis of the detection signal of the vibration sensor is the vibration with higher frequency than reference frequency, and determines whether to perform the image blur correction by using the image blur correction means based on amplitude and frequency of the vibration on the basis of the detection signal of the vibration sensor when the vibration on the basis of the detection signal of the vibration sensor is the vibration with lower frequency than the reference frequency.
