<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transport device which can switch between a first fluid and a second fluid while supplying a fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid transport device 10 comprises a first reservoir 14 for storing the first fluid, a second reservoir 19 for storing the second fluid, a first supply pipe 57 communicating with the first reservoir 14, a second supply pipe 58 communicating with the second reservoir 19, an elastic tube 50 communicating with the first supply pipe 57 and the second supply pipe 58, a fluid transport means 200 that discharges the fluid from an outlet flow passage 54 by transporting the first fluid or the second fluid through repeated and successive compression closure and opening of the tube 50 from the upstream side to the downstream side, a first valve 101 for opening/closing the first supply pipe 57, a second valve 102 for opening/closing the second supply pipe 58, and a detecting means 160 for detecting a choke in the outlet flow passage 54. The second fluid is a washing solution for clearing a choke.
