PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitor apparatus for calculating a voltage in a resonance section with time, without having to directly measure the resonance section within a transformer. SOLUTION: The voltage monitor apparatus includes a transform section for implementing a Fourier transform of an input voltage applied to a primary coil in the transformer; a multiplication section for multiplying a transform result from the transform section with a frequency transfer function of the transformer calculated in advance, based on the input voltage and a voltage at a site for generating a voltage resonance in the transformer; and a calculation section for conducting inverse-Fourier transformation on the multiplication result from the multiplication section, and for calculating the voltage at a site, accompanying passage of time so as to monitor the voltage at the site.
