PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the length of a scene not to be viewed due to the time gap of a movement even in a case where a user continues to view a TV broadcast when moving from the place of a first viewing machine to the place of a second viewing machine. SOLUTION: When a user has to move from a house 2 to a vehicle 5 for a certain reason when viewing the TV broadcast by a house viewing machine 3, the house viewing machine 3 transmits to a vehicle viewing machine 6, start request data to request a video-recording start and channel data to indicate a channel during viewing. The vehicle viewing machine 6 starts the video-recording of the TV broadcast on the channel indicated by the channel data, based on the reception of the start request data and the channel data from the house viewing machine 3, and also starts reproducing and displaying the video-recorded data of the TV broadcast on the channel from a video-recording start position, based on a prescribed on-operation by the user when he/she gets on a vehicle 5.
