In order to greatly reduce electric power consumption by performing cooling and heating operations by means of a natural circulation cycle, the disclosed air-conditioning hot-water-supply system has: an air-conditioning refrigerant pathway (5) that performs cooling and heating; a hot-water-supply refrigerant pathway (6) that supplies hot water; and an intermediate heat exchanger (23) that exchanges heat between the air-conditioning refrigerant pathway and the hot-water-supply refrigerant pathway. The air-conditioning refrigerant pathway is provided with: an air-conditioning refrigerant main pathway (5a), formed in a loop by sequentially connecting with refrigerant pipework an air-conditioning compressor (21), an air-conditioning duct-switching valve (22), the intermediate heat exchanger (23), an air-conditioning expansion valve (27a), and an air-conditioning use-side heat exchanger (28); a first air-conditioning refrigerant branched pathway (5b) that bypasses the air-conditioning compressor; and a second air-conditioning refrigerant branched pathway (5c) that bypasses the intermediate heat exchanger. An air-conditioning heat-source-side heat exchanger (24) is provided to the second air-conditioning refrigerant branched pathway. Also, at least one of the intermediate heat exchanger (23) and the air-conditioning heat-source-side heat exchanger (24) is disposed at a position higher than the air-conditioning use-side heat exchanger (28). |
