<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful pharmaceutical composition having antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions. <P>SOLUTION: The antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory composition comprising (1) loxoprofen or a salt thereof and (2) at least one chosen from the group consisting of vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin C is useful for markedly enhancing medicinal actions of loxoprofen. The composition enables reduction of dosage while retaining the medicinal effects of loxoprofen and is thus useful for drastically reducing adverse effects such as gastric mucosal injury. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
