PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize main stress in the same way as a solid member by a simple design, even when using a hollow member to reduce weight. SOLUTION: This stabilizer includes a torsion part 21 extending in a vehicle width direction and including first cross-sectional area S1, shoulder parts 22 located at both ends of the torsion part 21 and including second cross-sectional area S2 larger than the first cross-sectional area S1, and arm parts 23 each extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction from the shoulder part 22 and including the first cross-sectional area S1.
