The container i.e. digestion vessel (1), has an extent wall, and an agitator (10) that is provided with a drive axle (8). The agitator is partially arranged in an agitator channel (6) i.e. cylindrical pipe, and a drive-lateral opening (13) of the agitator channel (6) is arranged above half standard filling height (h') of the container. The agitator channel includes an opening (9) for sucking organic substances. The opening is provided with a funnel-shaped suction device (7) that upwardly extends within the container, where the agitator channel is manufactured from high-grade steel.
