<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition to be applied which is based on a partial hydrolysate of an organic zinc compound such as diethyl zinc and from which a zinc oxide thin film having average transmittance to visible light of≥80% and low volume resistivity is prepared. <P>SOLUTION: The composition includes a product obtained by adding water to a solution prepared by dissolving an organic zinc compound represented by general formula (1) into an electron-donating organic solvent having a boiling point of≥110°C, and then partially hydrolyzing the organic zinc compound. The composition includes a product obtained by adding water to a solution, prepared by dissolving an organic zinc compound represented by general formula (1) R<SP>1</SP>-Zn-R<SP>1</SP>, and an organic group 3B element compound represented by general formula (2) or (3) M<SB>c</SB>X<SB>d</SB>.aH<SB>2</SB>O into an electron-donating organic solvent having a boiling point of≥110°C, and then partially hydrolyzing the organic zinc compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
