<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a DIMM from being falling due to the erroneous drop or long-time vibration of a notebook-sized personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: This mounting device for mounting a DIMM 11 of an information processor is provided with: a slot 12 having the terminal of the signal transfer of the DIMM11 and the information processor; and a DIMM fall prevention frame 14-1 for preventing the DIMM 11 from falling due to the drop and vibration of the information processor. The DIMM fall prevention frame is configured by integrally forming and arranging: a leg 16 for supporting a DIMM fall prevention frame to a direction opposite to a direction in which the DIMM 11 falls due to the drop and vibration of the information processor; a protrusion 17 arranged so that any clearance between the DIMM fall prevention frame 14-1 and the DIMM 11 is eliminated when the DIMM 11 is mounted; and a frame reinforcement rib 15 on the face of the DIMM fall prevention frame 14-1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
