The basic sizes of a trailer are developed according to the road traffic international standards, said values being used for developing the present invention. The width, maximum height and depth or maximum length values are defined in the general design, as well as the characteristics of a transport unit. The design is characterised in that it is a unit structured for using a minimum volume during transportation while the surfaces and volumes are enlarged during the development thereof by means of hinged sections which are characteristic of a housing basic unit, a modular office and a sanitary service unit, which may be of a community use or for providing services in the formation of temporal or established camps. The development of the unit is characterised in that it comprises the basic services of a dwelling in a house, such as bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathrooms, service areas, potable water, wastewater container and power systems.
