<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell module capable of suppressing damage to a cell and a contact line. <P>SOLUTION: The thin-film solar cell module has a cell module having a plurality of parallel-connected cell strings. The cell strings have a plurality of cells mutually connected in series through the contact line. In the cells, a surface electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a back surface electrode are overlapped. The contact line electrically connects one surface electrode of one of two adjacent cells to the back surface electrode of the other. When the interval between two adjacent parallel divided lines is not fixed, and when the output of the cell module, the output of the cell string, and the area of the contact line are set to P(W), Ps(W), and Sc(cm<SP>2</SP>), respectively, under standard irradiation conditions, (P-Ps)/Sc is not more than 10.7 (kW/cm<SP>2</SP>) in each cell string, Ps is not more than 30 W, and P is not more than 385 W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
