The method involves chilling and treating thermally a product stream (P1) for pasteurization or sterilization and feeding a filling valve (1). Another product stream (P2) is thermally treated for pasteurization or sterilization and then the former product stream is added before or at the filling valve. An independent claim is also included for a device for sterile filling of two different product streams in a container.
