Imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine-substituted amino-phosphorus ligands (I), are new, where (I) are present in amide forms. Imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine-substituted amino-phosphorus ligands of formula (I), are new, where (I) are present in amide forms. Y1 : O, S or NH; R2, R3, R8, R9 : 1-24C-alkyl, 2-24C-alkenyl, 3-8C-cycloalkyl, 3-8C-cycloalkenyl, 6-14C-aryl, 6-14C-aryl-1-10C-alkyl, 2-13C-heteroaryl-1-10C-alkyl, 1-10C-heteroalkyl, 1-7C-heterocycloalkyl, 2-13C-heteroaryl, hydroxy, 1-10C-alkoxy, 6-14C-aryloxy, 6-14C-aryl-1-10C-alkoxy, 2-24C-acyl, silyl or boryl; R1, R4-R7 : H, 1-24C-alkyl, 2-24C-alkenyl, 3-8C-cycloalkyl, 3-8C-cycloalkenyl, 6-14C-aryl, 6-14C-aryl-1-10C-alkyl, 2-13C-heteroaryl-1-10C-alkyl, 1-10C-heteroalkyl, 1-7C-heterocycloalkyl, 2-13C-heteroaryl, hydroxy, 1-10C-alkoxy, 6-14C-aryloxy, 6-14C-aryl-1-10C-alkoxy, 2-24C-acyl, silyl or boryl; and n : 0-30. Where: R2 and R8 are also H, when at least one of R3 and R9 is not a hydrogen or R3 and R9 represent at least one different carbon radicals; R3 and R9 are also H, when at least one of R2 and R8 is not H or R2 and R8 represent at least one different radicals; R1-R9 have other substituents; and two adjacent substituents R1, R4-R6 or R2, R3, R7-R9 are also bridged. Independent claims are included for: (1) imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazine-substituted amino-phosphorus metal complexes (II) containing (I) and at least one metal-ion or -atom; and (2) a catalyst comprising (II) in combination with an additive comprising metal oxide compounds , alkali- or alkaline earth metal-alkylates, -allylates, -arylates, -phosphates, -carbonates, -hydroxides, -hydrides, -halides or -amides, which exist as silyloxy compounds, amine compounds or alkali metals.
