The invention relates to a multifunctional support, configured by means of a calculation method, destined to devices for orienting and securing the semifinished products. According to the invention, the support consists of a body (1) with foot wherein there is displaced a one-block movable element (2) in the contact region with a semifinished product, under the action of a compression spring (7) positioned by means of a wedge (7) and blocked by rotating a rosette (4) and by displacing a plunger (3) inside a dismountable support bush (5).
