PURPOSE: A tubular torsion beam type suspension is provided to improve the durability about the stress concentration which generates the crack without the additional welding process by filling the tubular torsion beam type suspension with the foam resin in the welding part. CONSTITUTION: A tubular torsion beam type suspension comprises the filler in order not to form the vacant space of the tubular torsion beam(2). The filler comprises the thermoplastic polyurethane resin or the foamable polyepoxy resin. The filler is filled in order that the tubular torsion beam is concentrated on the trailing arm(1) and welded site. The filler is inserted through the filling hole which is pierced in order to be communicated in the internal space of the tubular torsion beam. The filling hole is blocked by a plug(6). |
