PURPOSE: A unified management system for business separately managing business PC(Personal Computer) of departmental members and method thereof are provided to easily recognize a security state by outputting an inspected security state though a number, a figure, or combination thereof. CONSTITUTION: A security policy download request engine(130) requests the download of security policy information to a center management server. A security item checking engine(140) watches and analyzes PC state of departmental members based on individual factors of a security policy. The security item checking engine deducts security state information of the security policy. A security state score calculation engine(150) changes deducted security state information to scores. The security state score calculation engine calculates scores and then the security state of total score information is created.
